A registered Psychologist, John has over 25 years’ experience in marketing, consulting and research in Australia, Europe, USA and Asia. He has worked with organisations such as Coca-Cola, McCain, Coles Myer, Macquarie Bank, Telstra, Becton, Origin Energy, Pacific Brands and Warner Bros. He holds one of the longest industry track records in entertainment and shopper research. Before establishing Bergent, John was Vice President of Advertising and Publicity for Warner Bros Asia and held board and executive roles at Clemenger Harvie (BBDO) . Since the founding of Bergent in 1987, Katy has been involved in all aspects of Bergent’s research from brief and on to delivery. As well as having over 25 years’ experience in consumer and industrial market research, Katy has managed movie tests for an extensive array of clients from local Australian directors and agencies, to full-scale international tests for Disney, Warner Bros, AFTRS, Fox and Roadshow. Prior to setting up Bergent, Katy was a Senior Commodity Trader and Sales Consultant with Heine Bros Australia and Japan.
Amy has a diverse professional background in the hospitality, retail, construction and property sectors, working in London, Italy and most recently in Zanzibar, Tanzania. Returning to Australia after 13 years, Amy is continuing to compliment her well rounded knowledge of project management, client care and office administration. She is responsible for all aspects of our office management, project scheduling and logistics and is our first point of contact for clients and suppliers.
David’s focus is global and regional business and brand strategy advising a number of leading entities in Asia. He has held marketing management roles in New Zealand for two leading FMCG’s, leadership positions in Australia, HK, Japan and Canada for two networks of the Omnicom Group as well as being the founder of a successful marketing communications agency in Singapore.
